Shipping Policy
Beach Happy will make every effort to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Unless otherwise specified, orders will be shipped using USPS Priority Mail.
Most orders arrive within approximately three business days after shipment. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier delays, holidays, or weather conditions.
Should you believe your order has been delayed, please contact us through the Beach Happy website, and our team will be happy to assist you.
Refund & Return Policy
Beach Happy accepts returns of merchandise purchased through the Beach Happy Online Store within 30 days of the original purchase date.
To receive a full refund:
- The original receipt must be provided.
- Merchandise must be returned in its original condition.
- The refund will be issued to the original form of payment and original account holder.
- Shipping charges and taxes are not included in the refunded amount.
Returns accompanied by a gift receipt and completed within 30 days of purchase may receive Beach Happy merchandise credit for the full purchase price.
Returns made after 30 days or without a receipt may be eligible for merchandise credit based on the item’s current selling price.
Valid identification may be required to process a return.
