The Executive Producer runs the Beach Happy content machine. You build the formats, lead the crew and turn Beach Happy into a show people keep coming back to - across social, radio, podcasts, the magazine and everything we launch next.

What you’ll do

• Own the content calendar and ship every day
• Create repeatable formats and franchises people recognize
• Lead the Road Hosts and the Shooter + Editor, and grow a bench of recurring personalities
• Turn watching into buying - feed the shop, the list and the drops without turning the feed into a store
• Set the bar for quality, speed and the Beach Happy voice
