The Terms
You can apply if you’re 21 or older, eligible to work in the US, and can travel full time.
Applications are a 60-second video, submitted at the link by October 22, 2026, 11:59 PM Central.
By submitting, you confirm the video is yours, everyone in it agreed to be in it, and Beach Happy can download, edit, and post it with credit to you.
Finalists will be invited to an in-person round in November. Being a finalist isn’t a job offer. Beach Happy makes the hiring decisions; public votes and comments are welcome but don’t decide.
Finder’s fee. When a Road Host is hired, the person they named as “Who sent you?” on their application gets $1,000 — as long as that person also publicly tagged them on the Beach Happy post and follows @beachhappy on Instagram and @livebeachhappy on TikTok. All three have to be true: named by the hire, a public tag we can see, and the follows. Miss one and the fee isn’t paid. Two hires, two fees.
Beach Happy can adjust the timeline if it needs to and will say so on the campaign page.
